Reflecting on Our Story
Posted on December 29, 2017 at 12:40 AM |
Once known as The Prosperity Project, our company focused on educational research, consulting, and global missions. Appearing in the March 2007 issue of Upscale Magazine, we defined our stance on the importance of giving.
Our company grew into S. Denise Johnson Enterprises, as we built
our platform to self-publish "Stephanie's Books" and developed our consulting arm,
by assisting business owners in drafting their business plan in order to realize the success of their entrepreneurial vision.
Continuing with our original vision, our company remains committed to developing its Foundation,
our philanthropic legacy, to promote giving and to continue providing superior service to our community.
S. Denise Johnson Foundation raises awareness and hosts events to work towards resolving issues in underrepresented communities stemming from:
educational oversight and exclusion of canonical readings that provide cultural enrichment to student education,
medical research development gaps in understanding how African American women are disproportionately suffering from uterine fibroid complications, and
socio-economic fluctuations that threaten successful homeownership.
Take a look at our feature and comment in the article, "Praise and Prosper," from the March 2007 issue of Upscale Magazine to see where it all started.
